I wonder if labeling dissenting views as 'transphobic' shuts down conversation and prevents meaningful engagement. It amazes me that this hasn't been called out by the trans community, because it hurts them. One-way rhetoric with zero dialogue may lead people to view the push for trans rights as driven by ideology rather than human rights, science or empiricism. This perception can lead to resistance, as people may feel they are being asked to accept beliefs they do not share.
